Jesus did not start His Ecclesia with the 12, but from 2 friends who were originally John the Baptist’s disciples, John and Andrew. It turns out that Jesus discipled His disciples using a Jewish discipleship method called HAVRUTA (meaning: FRIENDSHIP).
